Tina R. always gives me a great haircut, or neck trim like today. She takes the time to listen to what I need, and makes sure she has it right. She's the BEST!
I wish we could join the lineup before you open. You open at 8:45 or 9am or whatever, but you can't join until 5 minutes after you open. So your customer has to drive to the location early, wait, and by then, someone else who is also stalking the app sneaks in ahead of you and now you have to wait an hour! Or you find out your hairstylist is not working that day. It's a colossal waste of time and energy and I hate that. If Tina R. leaves, I'll likely go elsewhere that is a bit more user-friendly for clients.

I had such a positive experience with Mindy my last (and first) time in that I went out of my way to create a profile online today in order to see if she was working before making the drive (passing another Sport Clips along the way) to be seen by her again. Thankfully she took care of my balding hair again and left me feeling like we're at least trying something to bring back my self-esteem and confidence. Will only return on days I can check-in online requesting Mindy in the future.
I don't have anything negative to say about Mindy or today's experience.
