Mindy always gives a great cut.
Despite using the app, right at opening time and getting in line, I had a 2 hour wait in the store on a folding chair. I realize it's "how the ball bounces," but I'll never be the "ball" again. I also realize your business model is built on "no appointment necessary." It's also a staffing issue, which is on you. I'm a 15 year Sport Clips customer across 5 states. I've written dozens of glowing reviews for your store and stylists. Gone!

The service was great! Checking in was very easy. The service was professional and friendly, and I was very happy with the hair cut.
Maybe not talk so much about the products used during and after the hair cut. I left kind of feeling like I'd been in a Paul Mitchell Tea Tree hair product commercial.
