I had such a positive experience with Mindy my last (and first) time in that I went out of my way to create a profile online today in order to see if she was working before making the drive (passing another Sport Clips along the way) to be seen by her again. Thankfully she took care of my balding hair again and left me feeling like we're at least trying something to bring back my self-esteem and confidence. Will only return on days I can check-in online requesting Mindy in the future.
I don't have anything negative to say about Mindy or today's experience.

Horrible cut horrible service. Charged me twice wouldn't give me a refund on one of the charges had to get my bank to file a dispute with them. Also tried customer service they do not pick up or return calls. I'll be filing a report with the state AG.
